So I'm on the Amazon version of Pubg mobile, and I tried to buy one of the UC packs. It took the money from my account, but I never got the UC. So I contacted the customer support thing, but it keeps saying it needs a screenshot of the receipt (I've been using the order invoice from Amazon), which I have already sent about three times.
Has anyone dealt with this before, and if so am I doing something wrong, or should I just forget about it?
