People enjoy bot servers because it is an easy chicken dinner and easy kills. I, however, use it for achievements. I have completed Pistol and Melee mastery 5 due to this trick.
Step 1. Change your server to another server where you have a low ranking (Example: You are in North America, Diamond 1. Change to Middle East, Bronze 5)
Step 2. Change it to duo or squad.
Step 3 (Optional). You COULD play with randoms, they may be the only other real people with you. However, they will be able to steal kills so it is advised to go solo squads/duo.
Step 4. Enjoy your free and easy chicken dinner!
